Villa Above Soča Valley

Full of antiques, the property itself is a huge, old, traditional farmhouse, which has been lovingly and carefully restored, with no expense spared. With its thick walls and vaulted ceilings, the house is both warm in winter and cool in summer. This luxurious house, which used to be an old Slovenian farm house, has been renovated into a very special residence with incredible views to the Soca Valley.

The renovated Alpine farmhouse Vila Above Soca, combines luxury, comfort and elegance with the astonishing nature of the Valley of Soca. There is a garden outside, with paths leading around the extensive grounds and past many wild flowers to a cave at the bottom of the garden. Fruit trees are numerous and include kiwis, walnuts, apples and pears. Also, there is an herb and vegetable garden set in beautiful old ruins, where guests can pick their own produce on a daily basis. Beside garden and outside swimming pool Vila Above Soča offers also its own car parking, wine cellar which is full with supreme Slovene wines, utility room and a beautiful restaurant where they will serve you with traditional Slovene food.

If, for any reason, you need to cancel or amend your booking, the following rules apply:

- More than 57 days: 100% of the deposit will be refunded

- 56 to 42 days: 60% of the deposit will be refunded

- 41 to 21 days: 40% of the deposit will be refunded

- 20 to 8 days: 20% of the deposit will be refunded

- within 7 days: The entire deposit will be forfeited.


The entire amount is payable no less than 8 weeks before departure.

If you fail to pay the balance for your stay by the due date, we will assume that you wish to cancel and retain your deposit.

If you need to amend the week of your booking, we will do our best to make the necessary arrangements. If you select a more expensive week, you must pay the difference between the two total amounts for your stay.
