Pristava Lepena features a professional conference room with a capacity for up to 40 participants. There is also a stable and a riding ring where you can learn basic riding skills on the backs of Lipizzaner Horses. An adorable wellness spot hidden among some mighty boulders in the forest offers you a relaxing getaway. For children, there is a playground made from natural wood among the trees next to the apartments, and in the picnic area you can enjoy your self-prepared grill dishes while enjoying the fresh air.

The following enlists the policies of the Pristava Lepena with regards to children:

- Accommodation is free for children up to 2 years of age (without meals)

- children between 2 to 6 years of age get a 50% discount, while children between 7 to 12 years of age get a 20% discount.

The following enlists the cancellation policy of the Pristava Lepena:

- Bookings cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the date of arrival, incur no charge

- cancellations within 48 hours prior to the date of arrival, or no-shows, incur charges for a one night stay.

The price includes:

- Apartment rent and breakfast

- daily cleaning

- tennis

- archery

- table-tennis

- fitness centre

- one sauna use or one outdoor massage bath per family (for 3-5 day stays and 6-7 day stays)

- one hour riding per person (for 6-7 day stays)


Discounts:

- 7^th and 8^th person in Apartment A1: 10%

- 5^th and 6^th person in Apartment A2: 10%

- 3^rd and 4^th person in Apartment B: 10%

- 3^rd adult person in Room C: 10%


Supplements:

- Two adult persons in Apartment B: 20% charge

- one adult person in Room C or D: 30% charge

- one day stay: 30% charge


Tourist tax is €1.01 per adult person per day and €0.51 per child per day.
