A family-owned hotel, Hotel Kristal is located close to Lake Bohinj, on the outskirts of the Triglav National Park.
The hotel was built and renovated in line with local tradition and gives its guests the homely feeling that is characteristic of the region.
Hospitality, delicious cuisine, unspoilt nature and various possibilities for an active holiday await guests at this excellent starting point. What's more, the hotel also has sauna and massage facilities.
The hotel has two restaurants where guests can enjoy a variety of local and international dishes and wines. After a tasty lunch or dinner, one can relax in hotel's winter garden or near the open fireplace in the bar with a cup of tea or coffee. In the reading corner, guests can spend cosy evenings or rainy days with a good book or a magazine.
Besides the two restaurants that ca together accommodate 100 guests, the hotel also has a terrace, which can be used in the summer to seat 80 people.
On request, the hotel staff can prepare a conference room for approximately 50 people.

Late check-outs are possible, upon request. Extra charges might apply.
Accommodation is free for children up to 6 years sharing the room with their parents. Children between 7 and 10 years get 50% discount and children between 11 and 14 years get 30% discount.
If a booking is cancelled up to 48 hours before the date of arrival, then no fee is charged. Otherwise, guests are charged for a one-night stay. The same applies to no-shows.
Please note the following supplements:
- New Year's Eve dinner is 45 Euros per person
- short stay (less than three days ) is an extra 20% on hotel prices
- breakfast is 5 Euros per person per day
- full board is 6 Euros per person per day
- single room is 10 Euros per day
- single use is 30% on hotel prices, per day
- tourist tax is 1.01 Euros per adult per day and 0.50 Euros per child per day.
- hotel rates are per person, per day for half-board.
