Hotel Hvala Kobarid
Hotel Hvala is located in the centre of Kobarid, at the meeting point of the 2 valleys. The Valley of Nadiza River stretches westward and the Soca (Isonzo) valley in the east.

If you're coming from the Airport Joze Pucnik Ljubljana, you take the A2/E61 highway, towards Jesenice, and then follow the signs to Vrsic. From the top of the pass the road goes down the Trenta valley along the Soca River, all the way to Kobarid. In Kobarid you will have no problem finding Hotel Hvala, because it's located in the centre.
Note that between December and early April, the pass might be closed, in which case take the A1/E61 south from Ljubljana. Take the exit for Razdrto towards Nova Gorica where you should take the exit towards Deskle, Kanal and Tolmin. Kobarid is next.
If you're coming from Italy, drive to the border at Gorizia and into Nova Gorica. After that you take the route 103 towards Kanal, then Most na Soci, Tolmin and Kobarid.
